2. Data we process and purposes

We process personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, the free diagnosis process, email or other communication channels. We use it to:

• Handle your request and schedule the diagnosis session (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — pre-contractual measures).
• Execute the service contract and manage the commercial relationship and billing (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Send you information about our services with your consent or under legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.a / 6.1.f GDPR).
• Comply with legal obligations such as tax, accounting and commercial duties (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

3. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We may share data with technology providers (Google Workspace, AI tools) and accountants, all under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. No international transfers outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability and withdrawal of consent. To do so, write to contact@automatiasolutions.es.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.

5. Security and minors

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, incident response). Our services are intended for adults aged 16 or over.

6. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published with the most recent update date.
